They burst onto the scene with a 2005 self-titled EP on Straight on Records. What a great discussion Adam, I can relate to the negativity that stops us and that at times it is important to do a little house cleaning and remove what is no longer working.

Great insight Adam. I couldn't agree more. Hanging with negative influences is like swimming with a cinder block tied around your neck. Why would anyone do that? They wouldn't, yet they allow negative influences the impede their progress and belittle their goals.

When I teach the subject I use the metaphor of crabs in a bucket. Just watch them, one tries to climb out and the others team up to pull him back down. It that's your circle, then its time to change circles (or buckets).

I know the crowd you're hanging with and I can tell you...you're on your way! Thank for offering to bring others along.
